The part people underestimate is content. We need your service list, a rough sense of who buys from you, any photographs of your work or premises, and one person who can approve pages without a committee. That is honestly the whole ask. If your photography is thin, say so early and we will plan around it. A site papered with stock images of strangers in hard hats reads like a business with nothing of its own to show.
