Analytics (only with your consent)
As well as Google Analytics, we run our own first party measurement on the enquiry forms. It records which question you reached, how long each step took and whether the form was completed, so we can find and fix the parts people get stuck on. It never records what you typed, and it only runs if you accept analytics.
