We draft yours from your own product details, then a copywriter reworks them, so the pages read like your business rather than a catalogue.

The first three months
Month one is build. You supply products, prices and photographs, we agree the structure, write the copy, connect the payment gateway to your account and test a real order end to end before going live. Month two is usually quiet on purpose, letting the shop gather enough data to be worth reading.
Month three is where the edit time starts earning. By then it is obvious which products get looked at and which get bought, and small changes to descriptions, categories or delivery rules tend to do more than any redesign would. That is included: 30 minutes on Starter, 45 on Growth, an hour on Pro.

How much is it per month?

What would I still have to do myself?
Send us your products, prices and photographs, and sign off the design and copy before launch. That is genuinely it. We handle the build, the writing, the categories, the delivery rules, the payment gateway and the testing, then the monthly edits once you are trading.
Do you visit, or is it all remote?
Either. Poynton is a short run from our Altrincham Road office in Wilmslow, so a face to face meeting is easy to arrange. Most of the build runs perfectly well over email and phone if that fits better around a working day on site.
What happens when I need something changed?
You email us and it comes out of your included monthly edit time. Adding products, changing prices, updating delivery rules and swapping homepage features all count. Anything larger is quoted at £50 per hour and agreed before we start.
